All participants MUST have a waiver signed to run the course. Multiple tickets may be purchased at the same time, but a separate waiver must be agreed to for each individual ticket.
2025 Sammamish Kids Mud Run Liability Waiver
IMPORTANT – READ BEFORE YOU REGISTER!
The Kids Mud Run involves strenuous physical activities and obstacles. Participants must be in good physical condition and should not suffer from any conditions that would prevent them from safely engaging in strenuous physical activities. Registration is non-refundable.
By voluntarily registering my child(ren) to participate in the Kids Mud Run, I understand that I am allowing my child(ren) to participate completely at my own risk and at my own choice. I agree to the following waiver of liability.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
In consideration of my child(ren) being allowed to participate in the Kids Mud Run and with its sponsor and partners, while fully recognizing the dangers and hazards inherent in participating in the Kids Mud Run, the child(ren) named below and their parents/legal guardians release, hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Sammamish Friends, the City of Sammamish, and their organizers, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, council, volunteers, and other persons associated with the Kids Mud Run from all claims, demands, suits, actions, charges, damages, judgments, and liabilities, past, present, and future, known and unknown, whether for personal injury, property damage, negligent or reckless conduct, death, emotional distress, medical expenses, economic or noneconomic loss, and/or any other claims arising from, or in any way related to, my child(ren)’s participation in the Kids Mud Run. I further consent to, and permit and accept the responsibility for, emergency medical treatment in the event of injury or illness suffered by my child(ren) at the Kids Mud Run. I currently have health insurance that covers my child(ren). On behalf of my child(ren), spouse (if any), and myself, I grant Sammamish Friends the right to use, incorporate, and publish, in whole or part, photographs or video taken of myself and/or my spouse (if any) and/or my child(ren) in connection with the Kids Mud Run and waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to the use of those photographs or videos. I, the parent/guardian of my child(ren) who will participate in the Kids Mud Run, hereby agree to the above waiver of liability and agreement to release, hold harmless, indemnify, and defend all of the above-described parties.
MINOR RELEASE:
I certify that I am the parent and/or appointed legal guardian of the minor child(ren) named below. I further acknowledge that I understand the strenuous physical nature of the event and believe that the minor child(ren) is/are in good health and proper physical condition to safely participate in the Kids Mud Run.
ON BEHALF OF MYSELF, MY SPOUSE (if any), AND MY CHILD(REN), I HEREBY AFFIRM THAT I HAVE READ THE ABOVE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ALL OTHER TERMS WRITTEN ABOVE.
